Multimedia, music and entertainment company, Que Records LLC, has been a sounding board for our industry’s leading urban musicians since 2009.  Stationed in New York, the company was founded by William “Quayshaun” Carter, who has worked with some of the most influential executives of the commercial music industry over the past 20 years, and has assisted in generating over $100 million in revenue for such companies as Uptown Records, Ruffhouse/Columbia, BMG, and Tommy Boy Records.

Que Records in partnership with Hana & Associates Public Relations and EMI Distribution, is raising capital to expand Cancer research, and is holding a Video Music Awards (VMAs) gala at one of Hollywood’s premier supper clubs (venue tbd), September 5th, 2012, in honor and loving memory of those afflicted by Cancer (past and present).  Monies raised will be donated to Cancer research (LABio Med, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, LUNGevity Foundation), with follow up media coverage in key trade publications, worldwide, honoring the event’s contributors.

Carter recently secured an interview with Justin Beiber for Cancer patient, Cassie Lorenze, who perished on the day Beiber was to call her (March 13, 2012).  Carter’s drive to grant her dying wish turned heads in the music industry, and those touched by young Lorenze and her will to survive.  Many of us, at one time or another, has lost a loved one to Cancer; many of us feel compelled to bring their dreams to fruition, if not in their lifetime, ours. Let the fight continue!
