Adele Returns in November

British pop starlet Adele came and went in 2011 with blockbuster album 21 that sold 11 million copies in the U.S. and more than 30 million, worldwide.

According to HITS Daily Double, the soulful songstress’s follow up project is set to release on Nov. 20 preceded by the project’s single dropping somewhere within the first or second week of November.

Adele collaborated with Danger Mouse, Max Martin, Tobias Jesso Jr., and OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder, who co-wrote “Rumour Has It” on 21. Her forthcoming album will be her last on Sony/XL. But she did sign a new worldwide deal with Sony, said to be valued at more than $50 million.

The press ops Adele has lined up include four appearances on “Today,” “SNL,” a prime-time special, and one more appearance to be announced – all scheduled to happen on the NBC network.

Adele is also scheduled to perform at the 2016 Grammys; the last time she was there in 2012, she took home six awards.
